Four Jazz Concerts Scheduled Through March

The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa has announced the next line-up of jazz musicians for the continuing series of “Grooves at the Westin.” In partnership with Apaulo Music Productions, the concert series resumes on Saturday February 6 and goes through March, bringing an all-star line-up of veteran Jazz and R&B performers to the desert. Featured talent includes The Rippingtons with Russ Freeman, Peter White, Craig Chaquico, Jonathan Butler, Louis Price, Everette Harp, Lynne Fiddmont, Michael Paulo, and others.

February 20, 2016 – Russ Freeman and the Rippingtons

March 5, 2016 – Peter White and special guests

March 26, 2016 – Jefferson Starship legendary guitar man Craig Chaquico

All concerts take place in a beautiful resort setting in the Westin Ballroom or the outdoor Masters Plaza and begin at 7:00 p.m. with doors opening at 6:30 p.m. Ticket prices range from $35 for general open seating, $45 for gold reserved seating, $60 for table seats that have cocktail and menu service, and $85 for premier seating and the VIP Reception to meet the artist and enjoy gourmet appetizers, wine and other beverages.  Concert Series Packages are also available from $160 to $300, and there is a 20 percent discount through Feb. 5 for the series package.

In addition, a special three-course dinner package, is available for $99 per person.
