With an added celebration for military moms, who eat free
Miramonte Resort & Spa, by Destination Hotels & Resorts, pampers mom with a lavish brunch, live entertainment and luxurious spa treatments for Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 11th. In addition military moms receive a special thanks with a free brunch.
In addition to the traditional breakfast fare, brunch specialties include Eggs Benedict, Smoked Salmon, Fontini Sausage, Peppered Bacon, customized omelets and a variety of waffles and pancakes. Beverages include a glass of champagne or a mimosa, as well as fruit juices and coffee and tea. Performing during brunch is Gina Carey, known as the “Songbird.” Her classy jazzy vocals bring an added ambiance to an honorary day for mom.
Upon arrival mom will be welcomed with a fresh rose and special gift from the Miramonte, and she’ll depart with a $25 spa gift card to be used toward any relaxing spa treatment at the resort’s award-winning luxurious spa, THE WELL Spa, which has notably been named “Best Spa” locally by Desert Magazine readers, and nationally as a “Top 100 Resort Spas” in Conde Nast Traveler Magazine.
THE WELL Spa features a range of health and wellness services that incorporate techniques inspired by Tuscan living utilizing therapeutic muds, wine extracts, pure essential oils and refreshing waters. A few suggested relaxing spa treatments perfect for mom include Dolce Viaggio/Sweet Journey, which is two 60-minute spa treatments of choice; a deluxe Luxxuoso/ Luxurious Pedicure; and the treatment for a soon-to-be-mom, the Madre-In-Attessa/Mother-To-Be.

Mother’s Day brunch is served 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and includes a glass of champagne or a mimosa. The cost is $29.95 for adults and $14.95 for children 3 to 11 years.
