Troupe Productions is pleased to announce they have signed a deal with the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs to produce provocative live entertainment shows and trend setting special events to be showcased at the resort.

Troupe Productions, LLC, was formed earlier this year by film producers Kim Waltrip and Jim Casey of Kim and Jim Productions, and Trini Garza, of Live It Up Productions. The production company is a one-stop shop for all areas of musical entertainment. Troupe’s inaugural smash show “Fifty Shades of Dusque” premiered at the Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs on New Year’s Eve 2012.
The company’s recent credits include Hit & Run, the comedy starring Kristen Bell, Dax Shepard and Bradley Cooper, and the soon to be released The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby: His and Hers starring Academy Award nominee Jessica Chastain, Golden Globe Nominee James McAvoy and Oscar winners Viola Davis and William Hurt.

October 25 – 27: 1st Annual Palm Springs Fashion Weekend featuring Anthony
One of the hottest fashion designers today, Anthony Franco, headlines the 1st Annual Palm Springs Fashion Weekend. Franco’s extravaganza RESACA, Entering the Underworld, A Fashion Experience highlights the weekend of fashion-related events. As the first major event at the newly minted Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs, the eclectic fashion weekend will set the tone for one-of-a-kind, trend-setting productions created to stimulate the senses. A VIP party is scheduled for Friday, October 25th, with public events happening Saturday and Sunday, October 26th and 27th.
Troupe has also partnered with Los Angeles Fashion Weekend, which will garner cross promotion for the 1st Annual Palm Springs Fashion Weekend.
October 31 – November 3: Feartastic! Halloween Monster Rock Ball & Horror Film Festival
Get ready for a wild Halloween weekend beginning with an electrifying Monster Rock Ball. Partnering with BB Ingle, producer of the outrageous Halloween parties of the past couple years at the Palm Springs Convention Center, Troupe Productions and BB Ingle are planning a Halloween bash elevated to a new level of fright fabulousness.
Following Thursday night’s Halloween party, vampires, vixens, and villains will be center stage at Feartastic, a star-studded weekend horror film festival for those who crave heart pumping suspense. Eight films will screen at the Camelot Theaters with the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs serving as festival headquarters.

Troupe Productions is developing live theatrical musical performances and events of “next generation” entertainment infused with the Hard Rock vibe, urban costuming, innovative choreography and staging. The Cabaret-esque shows will be presented at the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs. Trini Garza, who has worked with celebrities such as Prince, Natalie Cole, Queen Latifah, Wynonna Judd, KISS, and Kool and The Gang, will be one of the creative directors and choreographers for the high voltage shows.

The Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs has announced it will hold a job fair August 23st at the Palm Springs Convention Center in an effort to recruit the best and brightest employees for the new resort scheduled to open this fall.
“The Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs will offer a unique resort experience,” said Vice President and General Manager Hector Moreno of Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs. “We need an engaged workforce who can create authentic experiences that blow away our guests’ expectations.”
