This October, the Joshua Tree Music Festival (JTMF) celebrates a vibrant milestone: 20 glorious years of Fall JTMF. For two decades, this October gathering has enchanted desert lovers, music seekers, families, and spiritual voyagers alike and the 2025 edition promises to raise the bar even higher. Since its inception, JTMF has been more than a festival, it is a living ecosystem of sound, ceremony, art, and connection.
Over the years, the fall festival has grown from a small desert gathering into a beloved destination, where returning attendees and new explorers converge under the wide sky, sharing in music, healing, exploration, and collective transformation. “There’s something timeless about gathering in the desert in October: the light, the stillness, the sense of gratitude,” said Barnett English/Founder.
Recognized in 2024 as the top U.S. music festival by USA Today’s readers’ choice, JTMF continues to deliver an intimate, boutique, style festival experience where community, music, and mindfulness converge. Since its founding in 2003, JTMF has presented two annual gatherings each year, spring and fall, in the high desert of Joshua Tree, CA., in the shadows of Joshua Tree National Park. The festival cultivates a family-friendly, artistically rich, and spiritually expansive environment. It is guided by values of connection, inclusivity, and the power of serendipity.
