Desert Arc, established in 1959, to provide vocational training and services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has announced plans for its 15th Annual Golf Classic Fundraiser on Monday, April 7, 2025, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, located at 84-245 Indio Springs Parkway in Indio, California.  Renowned Architect Clive Clark designed the par 72, 6715 yard Eagle Falls Golf Course with challenging water features for the enjoyment of all golfers participating.

Nancy Singer, Secretary of the Desert Arc Board of Directors, will once again serve as the Event Chair.  She will be joined by Co-emcees  Jay Chesterton, Fantasy Springs Interim General Manager and former Desert Arc Board member, and Brooke Beare, Emmy® Award-Winning Journalist, who is Vice Chair of the Desert Arc Board of Directors.

This 15th Annual Golf Classic will feature a BBQ Lunch, a Shotgun Scramble Format Golf Tournament and an Awards Banquet  Dinner.

“It is my honor again to chair this Golf Classic fundraiser to benefit the many outstanding programs offered by Desert Arc that are not funded by the State of California,” said Nancy Singer.  “We are grateful for the support of the community, as well as staff members, as we continually strive to enhance the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.”

This year’s event will raise much-needed funds to support Desert Arc’s life-transforming programs and services for people with disabilities.  Sponsorships are immediately available starting at $200 all the way up to $10,000 for a Presenting Sponsor.  Individual Players can participate in the Golf Classic for $375 per person.  A Golf Foursome is $1,250. Guests wishing to only attend the Golf Awards Banquet can do so for $85 per person.
