Agua Caliente Casinos, the Coachella Valley’s premier luxury resort and entertainment destination, and The Desert Symphony, the region’s acclaimed non-profit ensemble of top-tier chamber musicians and virtuoso soloists, have announced an exciting new partnership. The Show at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage will now serve as the official venue for The Desert Symphony, bringing together world-class performances with one of the valley’s premier concert settings.
“We are thrilled to welcome The Desert Symphony to The Show,” said Dan Van Ness, Director of Entertainment at Agua Caliente Casinos. “This new residency partnership allows us to elevate the symphony’s already exceptional performances with the state-of-the-art acoustics, comfort, and experience that our venue is known for.”
The Desert Symphony, which has captivated Coachella Valley audiences for 36 years, will debut a season at The Show featuring a spectacular lineup of performances that fuse iconic popular music with symphonic arrangements. Highlights include:

Wednesday, February 19 at 7:30 p.m. - The Music of Billy Joel Starring Michael Cavanaugh
Wednesday, March 11 at 7:30 p.m. - Classical Night Fever
Thursday, April 16 at 7:30 p.m.
All performances will take place at The Show at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa, 32-250 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage. Complimentary valet and self-parking in the four-story garage and surface lots are available.

Previously, The Desert Symphony was based at the McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert for over 30 years, where it developed a devoted following and presented countless memorable performances. The move to The Show marks a significant milestone in the symphony’s growth and evolution.
