Steve Kirsch, in his Substack article of September 27, 2025, writes: “The relative risk for smoking a pack of cigarettes a day and lung cancer is 20 times that of someone who does not smoke. The link between vaccines and autism has been clear for over 25 years since the CDC did the Vaccine Safety Datalink (VSD) study. The relative risk for mercury (>25ug) given at 1 month of age and autism is 11.35 times, based on the VSD research done by CDC epidemiologist Thomas Verstraeten in 1999. That, like the smoking number, is insanely high. It never happens by chance.”

“The CDC did a follow-up study in Atlanta to see if the MMR vaccine caused autism; they found it did! So, they destroyed the evidence. CDC scientist William Thompson led the study. Frank DeStefano, Thompson’s boss, ordered Thompson to destroy the evidence so they could publish a clean paper finding no link. Thompson complied. Professor Chris Exley is the world’s expert in aluminum. He found the highest levels of aluminum ever recorded in the brain of an autistic child. His institution made it so that he couldn’t get funding, and he was forced to resign. Over 100 studies show the link between vaccines and autism, far outnumbering the 30 studies claiming no link

Treatment options from Dr Robert Malone on Substack

“What is this drug Leucovorin that the FDA and NIH are endorsing as a potential treatment for some cases of Autism/Autism Spectrum disorder (ASD)? Leucovorin is otherwise known as Folinic acid. It is basically a synthetic vitamin, chemically and pharmacologically related to the vitamin known as Folic acid or B9. Once again, for budding, wannabe or armchair Biochemists and Pharmacologists, here are the gory details. As mentioned, Folinic acid has been clinically observed to provide benefits to a subset of patients suffering from ASD.”

Cannabis and Autism

Dr. Bonnie Goldstein is a pediatric physician, specializing in treating refractory childhood diseases with cannabis. Many autistic children require psychotropic medications for seizures. Goldstein reports there are no peer reviewed studies that show psychotropic medications are effective for treating seizures. Yet these children are put on several antiseizure drugs. Together they elicit horrible side effects.

The benefit/risk profile of medical marijuana seems relatively benign when compared to Risperdal, the least useful and most dangerous of psychotropic drugs. Reports from parents indicate that medical marijuana often works when no other treatments, medications, or non-drug therapies have helped.

Biomarkers Determining the Effectiveness of Cannabis

Goldstein’s groundbreaking research used cannabis-responsive Biomarkers, chemicals in our body, that are part of chemical pathways that help our cells to function. Saliva, or blood, picks up these chemical biomarkers and measures specific behaviors or diseases. An example is when a physician measures the white blood cell (WBC) count in someone who has contracted an infection. WBC count is an example of a biomarker for infection. Another biomarker is Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) level, which shows prostate cancer.

Goldstein’s research measured 31 biomarkers that showed physiological changes when autistic children ingested cannabis. A few studies found that children with autism have low levels of anandamide (THC), which is a natural endocannabinoid that we make. Low levels, or a deficiency, of anandamide are present in autism. Cannabidiol (CBD) is not a direct replacement for anandamide. It can help make the body’s own anandamide work better, but some patients need THC. We know from Dr. Mechoulam and others that THC seems to be the direct replacement for anandamide.

Hopefully, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. includes medical cannabis in his unconventional treatment for ASD by influencing President Trump to federally legalize cannabis.
