This Mother’s Day, Agua Caliente Casinos invites guests to honor the moms in their lives with indulgent culinary experiences and festive offerings across its three premier locations: Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Cathedral City. Each property is rolling out the red carpet with specially curated brunches, dinners, and bubbles featuring celebratory touches perfect for treating the most important women in our lives.
At Agua Caliente Palm Springs, The Steakhouse is serving up both brunch and dinner on Sunday, May 11. Brunch runs from 10 AM to 2 PM and features elegant dishes like a Spanish Benedict with chorizo and smoked jalapeño hollandaise. ACE Club Members will also enjoy a special incentive with their brunch. The dinner service, beginning at 5 PM, features a May Chef’s Feature flame-grilled pork chop and a luxurious four-course prix fixe dinner, complete with offerings like Maine Lobster Galettes and a decadent Warm Chocolate Fondant Torte. To add sparkle to the celebration, guests can also enjoy festive bubbles throughout the day.
Over in Rancho Mirage, The Steakhouse recently debuted a refreshed brunch menu, and for Mother’s Day, it will showcase vibrant spring dishes available during both brunch and dinner hours. The Farmer’s Market Strawberry & Burrata Salad offers a fresh, seasonal start, while the Pan-Seared Dover Sole and the May Chef’s Feature Lobster Tail Pasta provide a decadent entrée experience. From 10 AM to 2 PM for brunch and 5 PM to 10 PM for dinner, guests can enjoy this beautifully crafted menu in a refined and relaxed setting. Additionally, Waters Café will be offering Mother’s Day specials, including a flavorful Pasta all ‘Amatriciana with bacon-wrapped prosciutto and bucatini, and a delicate Pan-Seared Chilean Sea Bass served with braised baby bok choy, vegetables in a ginger and lemongrass broth, and jasmine rice.
At Cathedral City, the celebration takes on a lively and varied flavor with options at 360 Sports and Café One Eleven. At 360 Sports, the menu will feature a satisfying Salmon & Risotto and a rich, indulgent Death by Chocolate Cake. Guests can also enjoy wine specials throughout the day. Café One Eleven serves weekend brunch from 9 AM to 3 PM with bottomless mimosas offered all day for a celebratory flair. In honor of Mexican Mother’s Day on May 10, the café will feature a Smoked New York Steak with elegant sides, available from morning until evening.
