National Tequila Day is observed on July 24, and to celebrate, Agave Caliente Tequila Bar at Agua Caliente Casinos Cathedral City will serve up mixologist-crafted artisan margaritas and tequila specials from Monday, July 22, to Sunday, July 28. With more than 50 types of agave-based spirits, including tequilas, mezcal, and handcrafted cocktails and margaritas, Agave Caliente Tequila Bar is a hot spot to enjoy National Tequila Day all week long.
The award-winning ultra-premium sipping tequila is hosting an immersive tequila tasting featuring its Código 1530’s offerings: Blanco, Rosa, Reposado, Añejo, and Origen. Made with an authentic Amatitán recipe and methods that have been perfected over generations, Código 1530 Tequila’s process embraces time-honored customs without veering from the traditions of the Los Bajos region, its tequileros and its jimadors. The Código 1530 Tequila Tasting will be on Wednesday, July 24, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and is free to attend and open to the public.
Guests can also enjoy signature margaritas made with their choice of Blanco, Reposado, and Rosa tequilas in refreshing, summer-inspired craft cocktails such as Agave Caliente Tequila Bar’s Lemon Berry Margarita featuring fresh blueberries and its Lavender Pineapple Margarita featuring artisan lavender.
There is also the chance to experience the world of tequila with Agave Caliente Tequila Bar’s Margarita Flight, featuring a selection of Prickly Pear, Spicy, Watermelon, and Pineapple margaritas. The Agave Caliente Tequila Bar has something going on every week at Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City. There is never a dull moment with the amazing activities they offer, like Salsa Nights every Tuesday from 6 PM-10 PM with salsa lessons 6 PM-9 PM. Caliente Country Nights take place every Thursday, 6 PM-10 PM with line dancing lessons 7 PM-9 PM.
