Cowboy Cantina located in the heart of Palm Desert on El Paseo is committed to bringing its guests innovative Southwestern Cuisine, food based in the rustic cooking and recipes of dishes that were eaten by colonial Spanish settlers, American Cowboys, Native Americans, and even the people of Mexico to the south.
Known for its diversity and spices, specifically chile, whether red or green. Cowboy brings a fusion of these chiles (specifically from Hatch) and combines them with traditional “Americana” dishes they believe their guests will find them as delicious as they do.
Santa Fe Chef “Johnny Vee” brings authentic Southwestern Cuisine, old school supper club vibes, a lively bar and plenty of country music to Palm Desert this fall. Sink your teeth into the Big Tex Cowboy Rib Eye with Hatch Green Chili Hollandaise, our mouth-watering Prime Burgers stacked sky high, Chef’s perfectly seasoned Country Style Pork Ribs, the delicious Mole Ravioli with Sage Butter and the juicy bone in breast Chicken Corral.
