The Desert Woman’s Show returns for its 18th year on Sunday, February 15, transforming Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage into a vibrant indoor-outdoor celebration of wellness, fashion, inspiration and connection.

Long known as a signature event for women in the Coachella Valley, the annual expo offers a thoughtfully curated mix of expert speakers, runway fashion shows, boutique shopping and indulgent food and wine tastings—all designed to educate, empower and entertain.

Over 50 vendors line the grand foyer and the Cahuilla ballroom at Agua Caliente Casino, Rancho Mirage offering a unique opportunity to meet local businesses in wellness, beauty, fashion, jewelry, travel, home goods, nutrition and Pilates. Stop by Mathis Home, European Wax Center, Platt Wellness, Newmark Beauty, Avant Longevity, Nani Jewelry, Club Pilates, Sunstone Spa and Sec’he Spa, Skinny Formularies and Terra Mar Travel to name just a few.

Among this year’s standout presentations is an empowering talk by psychiatric nurse practitioner Debbie Bennett, titled “Your Body Whispers Before It Screams.” Bennett explores the often-overlooked biochemical signals behind anxiety, fatigue, mood swings and burnout, offering attendees a fresh perspective on stress, symptoms and the body’s remarkable capacity to heal.

In honor of February Heart Month, top cardiologists Revati Ghatnekar, MD and Kaustubh Patankar, MD, FACC of Desert Care Network will lead a Heart2Heart discussion, “Be a Champion of Your Heart.” The conversation focuses on risk factors, warning signs and prevention strategies, encouraging women to take a proactive role in their heart health.

Financial wellness takes center stage with “Money Moves: Women, Wealth & Confidence,” a live podcast hosted by Rob Schein featuring Lauren Del Sarto, founder of Desert Health News. The engaging discussion blends financial education with self-care, empowering women to take confident steps toward long-term wealth wellness.

Rounding out the speaker lineup is author and professional speaker Carolyn Gross, who shares her energizing, story-driven journey designed especially for women who are

always helping others. “If you are a woman always helping others,” Gross says, “this is the program designed to help you… Ninja-style.”

Fashion enthusiasts won’t want to miss two dynamic runway shows showcasing the latest styles from beloved local boutiques including Lilly Pulitzer, Tarah Jade, Margaux, Grayseful, Pure Essential, Chique & Unique, Things2Do, and art-to-wear designs by Adrian. Each boutique will also host a pop-up shop, making it easy to take favorite looks home.
