Indian Wells discovers a chef-driven menu, innovative bar program and “Eatertainment” with 30 craft beers and two wines on tap, as well as 21 small batch American whiskeys.
The Eureka! Restaurant Group, a California based family of restaurants featuring all American handcrafted food and drink, officially opens today in the heart of Indian Wells. Located on the corner of Cook and Hwy 111, Eureka! features a chef-driven California cuisine, 30 craft beers and two wines on tap, along with 21 small batch American whiskeys — All served late, seven
nights a week.
Each Eureka! restaurant is unique in design but common in mission – to provide an unforgettable, value-driven dining experience defined as “Eatertainment” combining gourmet food, an innovative bar program, live sports, and live entertainment in a modern yet rustic setting. Each Eureka! restaurant varies in design and décor, complementing the local area. Indian Wells will feature an expansive outdoor patio dining and living area with misters, fountains and live trees designed especially for live music.
Eureka! features a chef driven menu emphasizing quality ingredients, local produce and fresh baked breads all made by hand daily. The restaurant specializes in hand packed, vegetarian fed, hormone & antibiotic free all natural beef burgers in addition to amazing appetizers, gourmet salads, signature sandwiches and delicious desserts. A favorite of many is the Fig Burger with homemade fig marmalade, melted goat cheese, crispy bacon and garnished with minced tomato, onion and arugula dolloped in a spicy porter mustard. Eureka! also offers a bison, turkey and veggie patty; the later made specifically for the San Joaquin Veggie Burger served with arugula, tomato, Bermuda onion and a lemon vinaigrette dressing garnished with homemade zucchini pickles.
Eureka! takes pride in serving all American craft beer and spirits because these small and locally owned artisans create a premium, innovative product that is highly sought after. The Indian Wells restaurant features 30 craft beers on tap and 15 will be dedicated to local breweries featuring their latest release. The restaurant will also serve two wines on tap – one red and one white. The cocktail program at Eureka! features all natural liqueurs, artisan bitters and fresh cut fruit completely free of artificial flavorings and high fructose corn syrup.
The drink menu also features 21 small batch American whiskeys – sourced from artisans in California, Iowa, Kentucky, New York, Oregon, Texas and Utah – in tribute of the 21st amendment outlawing prohibition. Off the menu, guests will find hard-to-get and strictly allocated whiskeys like Pappy Van Winkle and offerings from the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection available to the most discerning whiskey drinkers.
