Mark your calendar for the first Wine & Design Mixer of 2026, hosted by local Realtor® Craig Michaels with Desert Lifestyle Properties, on Thursday, January 29th, starting at 5:30 p.m. This special evening will be held at Ethan Allen, located at 72047 Highway 111 in Rancho Mirage. This intimate design soirée invites homeowners, design enthusiasts, and community supporters to gather for an inspiring night of creativity while benefiting the Desi Strong Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting families facing pediatric cancer. These mixers blend community, design, and philanthropy in a relaxed and welcoming setting where guests can explore fresh ideas to unlock the full potential of their homes. With peak home buying and selling season now underway, it’s a perfect time to gather inspiration for updating, refreshing, or redesigning your space. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with local professionals specializing in home improvements, property upgrades, and creative design solutions, while networking with others who share a passion for great design and giving back. Adding to the evening’s creative energy, featured artist Peggy Stevens will have her artwork on display for guests to enjoy and collect.
The event includes complimentary wine, champagne, and a delicious assortment of appetizers. Guests are encouraged to bring business cards to participate in the raffle, which will feature exciting prizes. Local businesses are also welcome to donate raffle items and will receive special recognition during the event.
Best of all, a $15 donation at the door goes directly to support the Desi Strong Foundation, helping fund critical resources and support for children and families during some of life’s most challenging moments.
