The culinary spotlight returns to the Coachella Valley as Greater Palm Springs Restaurant Week prepares to launch its much-anticipated 2025 edition with a special media preview event on Wednesday, May 28. Held at the Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, the exclusive “First Bite” event will give invited media guests an early taste of what’s to come during this 10-day celebration of food, drink, and desert hospitality.
Headlining the evening is Executive Chef Bruno Lopez of The Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage, who will present the inaugural “First Bite” of Restaurant Week. Guests will also enjoy samplings from a diverse lineup of participating restaurants, including Workshop Kitchen + Bar, Zin American Bistro, Trio Restaurant, Delicias Mexican Cuisine, The Restaurant at Palm Springs Surf Club, The Hideout Kitchen + Bar, Lulu California Bistro, and State Fare Bar & Kitchen.
