In Cathedral City, the season’s fall festivities kick off with the September edition of the Michavela Festival. Hosted by The Luchador Brewing Company and located at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater – 68526 Avenue Lalo Guerrero, Cathedral City, CA 92234.
Peppered by a medley of vendors, food, drinks, live and recorded music, the highlight of the event undeniably takes center stage. For close to thirty-years, the pro wrestling superstars of the EWF [Empire Wrestling Federation] have been dazzling audiences with high-flying, non-stop-over-the-top-rope action, and family-friendly storytelling. This September’s Michavela Festival will play host as they continue to tell their time-honored tradition.
As the night of events unfold, so too will the action inside the pro wrestling squared circle. This outdoor event will feature wrestling superstars from the Empire Wrestling Federation, which will include the night’s featured matches.
The man who was at one time EWF champion, but who lost his title due to outside interference from one of the Empire’s most notorious villains, Jack Fancy, J 2 Matiolli climbs back into the EWF ring and takes on one of the Empire’s biggest fan favorites, Mexi-Macho #1. Get used to saying that, because by the end of the evening, you too will be saying out loud -“Number One!”
If you thought we’ve been having major international diplomatic issues lately, none of you will have to worry again. At the Michavella Festival, EWF superstar and U.S. patriot, ICE 911 will be returning to in-ring action and looking squash major international relations. At the top of ICE 911’s list are two rogues who frequent the Empire, on occasion, and mostly when ICE 911 is not present. These two are, Los Chivos (Kayam & El Chivo). For their sakes, Los Chivos better tapper down their impromptu Mexican Independence Day celebrations or ICE 911, along with his tag team partner Fletcha Fugaz, will remind them the hard way that they are now on U.S. soil.
The Michavella Festival has proven time again that it puts on a fantastic night of entertainment, great food, and refreshments. Make sure that you properly divide your time wisely on that day so you won’t miss out on a minute of all the exciting fun and action that only the Michavella Festival can deliver.
