The headline of the evening will feature the Great Goliath title match in which EWF hero, Trailer King takes on one of the Empire’s greatest champions, Michael Bad Wolf. The story between these two has been heating up ever since Bad Wolf took the tile from Trailer King days after Trailer King captured it for the first time. This main event match on Sunday, May 18th, inside the Banning Community Center match could prove to be one of the greatest in Empire Wrestling Federation history.
In another exciting climax to a saga that began to simmer last summer, current EWF tag team champions, I Rod, and Firebird will take on the dastardly force known as DELIRIUM, Slade, and McCallion with The Master. It was last summer when Delirium debuted in a match against I Rod and Firebird [before they became EWF tag team champions]. Delirium was victorious in that match against I Rod and Firebird. Subsequently, a rematch took place earlier this year, in which, and again, Delirium won. Had it not been for EWF Commissioner Jack Fancy’s interference, Delirium would currently be EWF tag team champions. This epic tag team encounter will be make or break it for I Rod and Firebird, because as The Master pointed out at EWF’s last Banning show – “You do realize that you are no longer a champion, don’t you, I Rod.” Those words must be ringing loudly through the mind of I Rod, over and over. To justify their “stolen” titles, as The Master says, I Rod and Firebird must win. Will I Rod, remain focused, or will Firebird have to go at it alone…
One thing is for sure, as the EWF celebrates its anniversary, the Banning Community Center will be celebrating as fans fill the venue to capacity. Make sure that you are there to enjoy all the action and be part of one of the greatest nights of “good versus evil” stories in all of entertainment.
