Guests can indulge in a limited-time menu at the upscale American steakhouse, spotlighting a delicious Tomahawk Trio for Two, including a 32 oz. Australian Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye, two North Atlantic lobster tails and a bottle of decadent Daou Cabernet Sauvignon to pair for just $199.
In addition to the Tomahawk Trio, guests can choose from a selection of seasonal entrées, including a Filet Mignon Duo consisting of a 5 oz. Filet mignon with port and black pepper reduction, 5 oz. Filet mignon with king crab drizzled with béarnaise sauce, served with a crispy twice-baked potato; a Dry-Aged New York Strip with a 28-day dry aged 14 oz. New York Strip; and a Pan-Seared Miso-Glazed Black Cod served with roasted garlic, chili oil, seared baby bok choy and oyster mushrooms.
Guests can upgrade any meal with a Lobster risotto addition — made of creamy arborio rice with delicious North Atlantic lobster. Additionally, curated holiday wine pairings are available, featuring Decoy Chardonnay, Goldeneye Pinot Noir and Duckhorn Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon.
