Whenever you have a verbal conversation with another person, there is an energetic exchange taking place that does not generate sound and cannot be heard with your ears. It is an energetic conversation that you can feel sometimes but it goes much deeper than the words you are speaking. The vibration exchange is between your soul and the soul of the person you are engaging.
When you choose to open yourself up to a heightened awareness of the depth of each exchange taking place, it becomes clearer as to WHY you have any real-world conversation in the first place. When you begin to trust that absolutely every exchange is spiritually ordained, you naturally become more present and invested in your interactions. This is a marker for spiritual growth and evolution.
We have come to know that body language gives us clues as to what gets conveyed in a conversation underneath the words. We have also learned that someone’s tone imparts details about their state of being in that moment of the exchange. When we feel invested in the outcome of a real-world conversation or in gaining more information, we pay attention to these things. Body language and tone signals require a heightened sense of awareness to read which comes through experience, trial, error, and observation.
The layer that sits even deeper beneath non-verbal cues speaks with authority to your soul development. It is an energy current created with purpose by the inner spirit of each participant in any exchange. This current influences words, body language, tone, thoughts, emotions, and anything else that fuels a conversation. All conversations are spiritually orchestrated so every exchange is born from an agreement that was enacted by your soul and the other soul(s) with which you connect. The spiritual wisdom that is shared in even a simple conversation is actually voluminous and gratefully welcomed by your soul.
It is important to know that you do not always need to consciously understand the soul conversation taking place. Just having an awareness that a profound spiritual exchange is taking place helps you to make the most of it. This heightened understanding allows you to give, receive, and grow with less resistance, especially during an uncomfortable exchange that you may have previously judged as “bad”. There is no “bad” to your inner spirit. There is only growth opportunity.
Keeping this in mind, consider setting an intention to elevate your awareness of this underlying conversation. Choosing to acknowledge what flows underneath your exchanges will change your perspective. You may also find that you detach more from judgement and identify with greater clarity the soul lessons that reveal themselves during exchanges. These are some of the gems you will potentially unearth when you honor this mechanism your inner spirit uses to support your growth.
