Southern California experienced one of the hottest summers in recent history. Not since the 1800’s, according to meteorologists, has So Cal endured such a ferocious heat attack. It looks as though these days of extreme weather are wrapping up… or are they?
At the beginning of this year, the Banning Community Center in Banning California, became the nucleus that sparked a now incinerating blaze across the entire state. The Empire Wrestling Federation [EWF] est. 1996, launched a series of regular events within the now becoming hallowed halls of the Banning Community center. On Sunday, August 25th, 5pm bell time, the EWF continue the legacy.
If you were not able to attend the previous event on July 28th, and would like to witness the entire event, download the FREE So Cal Wrestling TV app on Roku and witness all the action. Yet, and in summary, the hometown hero, Trailer King was finally able to silence the antics of The Pumpline’s Antonio Rivers, and take back his prized cooler. Although, Trailer King’s celebrations were interrupted when one of the Empire’s most nefarious villains, Jack Fancy accompanied his client, EWF champion Brandon Gatson to the ring and challenged Trailer King to a match. That match will be the main event this coming Sunday, August 25th. Interestingly, fans have started noticing a changed in Trailer King. More recently, sources have suggested that perhaps the Trailer King, who steps into the sacred EWF ring on August 25th, may not be the Trailer King fans have grown accustomed to…
The last time the EWF were at the Banning Community Center, the saga of former EWF champion Richie Slade, and current EWF American champion, Flex McCallion continued to rage. The two former tag team partners, and tag team champions cannot help but interfering with each other’s challenges. Their animosity towards each other will once again be given the opportunity to boil-over as on August 25th, Flex and Richie find themselves on opposite sides of the ring in a tag team match.
Richie and former EWF American champion (the man Flex beat to take the title) Michael BadWolf will take on Flex McCallion and Hector. Hector and Flex will have to learn to get along if they stand a chance of subduing the efforts of Richie Slade and Michael BadWolf. Can Flex and Hector compose themselves as a cohesive unit to attain the victory? Will Richie and Michael BadWolf, who have teamed before and have proven themselves to be a formidable team play by the rules?
Aside from these two epic matches, there will be many others, as well as concessions, autograph and photograph opportunities, a raffle, and surprises.
