September is designated as mental and well-being month

By Fire Chief Sam DiGiovanna

There’s not a better time to “reclaim your rhythm” since September is designated as mental and well-being month. There’s not a better time as we wrap up Labor Day weekend, back to school and summer vacation now over, why night reclaim and retain your rhythm with the last two Rhythm on the Vines show which are Sept 11th with Michael Paulo, Blake Aaron, & Tateng Katindig ending on Sept 25th with Steve Oliver & Michael Lington in the Vintners Garden at the South Coast Winery Resort & Spa in Temecula Ca.

Doors open at 6pm and the show begins at 7pm with tickets Starting at $65. Perfect timing as September is self-awareness month, which means that we all have a whole month devoted to ourselves. Self-awareness is vital for mental health and wellbeing, for when we know, truly know, who we are, we can shape our life. Music certainly is a good place to start with mental health and well being, especially since smooth Jazz is good for the soul and mind!
