Enjoy a night of elegance and flavor from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a carefully curated prix fixe dinner priced at $135 per person, inclusive of tax, gratuity, and a glass of French Burgundian Bubbles. Highlights of the menu include Wildest Bellini’s with Tsar Nicoulai sustainable caviar, Truffle Grilled Romaine Caesar, Choice of entrees such as New York Steak, Lobster Tail Risotto, or Sous Vide Duck Breast, and decadent desserts like Honey Milk Panna Cotta and Flourless Belgian Chocolate Cake.
The evening lineup offers a perfect mix of talent. Start the celebration with an electrifying performance by opening act DJ Alfredo Hernández (performing at 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM), best known for his time with legendary bands such as Kyuss, Queens of the Stone Age, Brant Bjork and the Bros, and Whiskey & Knives, Hernández brings his extraordinary talent and energy to the Wildest stage. Currently a member of the band Avon, his set promises a thrilling start to your New Year’s Eve experience.
From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM, immerse yourself in the electric energy of Jesika Von Rabbit, the High Desert’s cherished singer-songwriter and former frontwoman of Gram Rabbit. A creative force and entertainer extraordinaire, Jesika brings her innovative sound and captivating stage
presence to Wildest, ensuring a show that will dazzle and delight. Join the celebration – with or without dinner.
