Your DNA is coded with a veritable library of information that was collected and curated by your ancestors. It is a valuable resource that is right there at your fingertips. Having access to this vault that is stored within the cells of your body is a magical gift but when you are not involved in the energetic maintenance of it, this gift can double as a curse!
Unless you did not know your biological parents and grandparents, you are probably aware of the beliefs, thoughts, and teachings that were passed down to you from your family. The things that were handed down through interactions and repetitious reinforcement are just a fraction of what you were given though.
Your DNA was influenced with every firm belief, repetitive thought, and volatile emotional energy generated by your ancestors. If you are really fortunate, someone in your lineage understood that these inherited energies required management and then acted upon their awareness. Even if you happen to be related to someone who arrived at this understanding, it is unlikely that ALL of your ancestors were managing the energy they were generating and programming into their DNA. Therefore, your DNA library is in need of some maintenance.
As we move into a new paradigm and field of existence, the responsibility to sort through and clear the unfavorable beliefs, thoughts, and emotional energy gifted to you and embedded within your cells was bestowed upon you. This is the end of the line. You simply cannot take these energies with you if you intend to align yourself with productive and joyful living in the new age.
You do not need any special skills to unpack this ancestral suitcase. You are equipped with everything you need to sort and release energies you have been carrying within you in this timeline. Your intent and innate intuition are undoubtedly your most powerful tools to manage the energetic library housed in your genetics. When you express the intent to do some spring cleaning on your DNA, your inner spirit responds.
This all-knowing part of self will step forward and help you examine the energies attached to your inherited beliefs, thoughts, and emotional charges that inhibit your ascension process. Your inner spirit will call to your awareness in one way or another, whatever it is you need to know for growth and then assist you in releasing the energy that no longer serves you. Your most important role in this process is to initiate it with conscious intent and then stay open to the information delivered to you through internal channels from your inner spirit.
