On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 5:00–7:30 pm, guests will experience a boundary-pushing, flavor-packed dinner hosted by Wildest’s acclaimed chef Trilby Tatro and master sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji.

This interactive and unpretentious dining experience will feature five gourmet tacos, each expertly paired with a distinct wine varietal. Diners will be encouraged to throw out conventional pairing wisdom and embrace unexpected yet delightful combinations. To conclude the evening, guests will be treated to a rare and exclusive Bacanora Blanco Agave Spirit, a once-illegal tequila from the Sierras of Northern Mexico.
