This includes color. Did you know that a color is really just a visible light frequency? The vibrational frequency or energy signature that registers to you as a particular color contains volumes of energetic information within it. You may not be able to discern what a particular color represents from an information perspective, but your soul is able to.
Your soul speaks the language of energy. This is one of the reasons why you may feel a particular emotion or sensation when you look at a color. That color is communicating something specific to your soul and your soul is relaying that message to your brain.
When you have this understanding and you look at a color with the intent to connect with the energetic messages held by the color, the experience may well be much more potent than when you unintentionally or accidentally connect visually with colors around you. Keep this in mind when you are looking at colors if you want to elevate your experience with them. When you connect with the highest degree of consciousness and invite integration of the energy messages available to you through this communication, you open yourself to receiving healing, benevolent Universal support, comfort and so much more.
The purest and most powerful color energies of come from nature. The vibrational emissions from the energy that colors minerals and living beings such as plants and animals make the best remedies. The other innate properties of minerals, plants and animals further enhance the messages delivered by the colors they display as well.
Here is an exercise to try if you want to explore upshifting your experience with color:
Identify something in your life that is challenging you. Invite the Universe to connect you with a color or colors that will provide energetic support and assist you in overcoming this challenge. Then go for a walk in nature. While you are walking, be very present. Pay close attention to the colors that catch your eye. When a color from an element in nature speaks to you, focus your full attention on the element with intent to integrate the energy that offers the highest degree of assistance to you in the current moment.
Always remember to express gratitude to Mother Nature to keep the highest vibrations of the exchange flowing.
