An award-winning author, restaurateur, and champion of the “Top Chef All Stars” Bravo television series competition, Blais brings his signature flavor and flair to the new-look gourmet eatery located on the top floor of the stunning clubhouse at Indian Wells Golf Resort.

On Nov. 13, Chef Blais and Indian Wells Golf Resort hosted local Indian Wells officials and business dignitaries to celebrate the official grand opening of the new restaurant with a cocktail reception. Featuring an array of bites and beverages and a special presentation from Blais himself, the event marks the official unveiling of the new restaurant and boldly announces Kestrel’s arrival as one of the top culinary destinations in the Coachella Valley.
Perched atop the Indian Wells Golf Resort clubhouse, the airy, light-filled space and outdoor terrace are ideal for a date night out or a pre- or post-golf hangout. Kestrel offers expansive views of the beautiful Celebrity and Players golf courses below and the surrounding splendor of the Santa Rosa Mountains in the distance.
