You were born into this world with your intuitive abilities intact. Everyone was because we are all intuitive by divine nature. We often begin to lose touch with these abilities as we slowly root ourselves in this physical reality. Our focus becomes trained on what we are experiencing with our earthly senses. If you did not maintain psychic connectivity beyond childhood, you may believe that you just do not have these abilities.
You do. Everyone does. Even if you have never had a psychic moment or an intuitive experience you cannot explain, the fact remains that you are hard-wired for psychic communication. When you do not actively use these abilities, they often remain buried or dormant underneath your human senses. So, it may seem as if you do not have intuitive abilities. Also, it may be difficult to pick up the subtle energy of intuitive communications with your conscious mind if you are not concentrating and fully present.
There are many different sources that transmit these energetic communications which flow to you as well. Not all of these sources deliver higher truth though. If you are just beginning to explore or are sensing the delivery of intuitive guidance to you, it may be helpful for you to only allow communications to come from a specific trusted source.
It is important to note that the most trustworthy source of information from beyond the veil is the higher part of you! This higher part, also called your higher wisdom, higher self, or inner spirit is deeply invested in your well-being. So, the communications and guidance you receive from this source that exists inside of you will always honor you. If you are feeling bold or your heart is set on receiving messages from external sources, you may consider inviting your inner spirit to serve as your personal emissary. When you choose to invoke the higher part of you to receive and process Universal guidance on your behalf, the communications that land with you will be filtered to align with your higher truth.
When you are actively looking to receive messages, signs, and guidance based in higher truth from beyond this world, here is an exercise you may want to try:
- Sit in meditation for a few minutes and push all your worldly thoughts out of your mind.
- Invite your inner spirit to be present with you.
- Visualize your higher self as formless energy hovering above you.
- See a golden cord that connects your higher self with you through the top of your head.
- Invite your true higher self to communicate the purest and most divine guidance to your conscious mind.
- Request that your higher self filter all intuitive communications delivered to you.
- Open your heart and mind to receive.
