“Our 3rd Annual Firebirds Golf Invitational & Pairings Dinner definitely exceeded all expectations,” said Andrew Mason, Senior Director, Community Relations, CV Firebirds. “I think this speaks to the work we do in our community daily, and the love and passion our fans have for the team. We are thrilled with the success of this 3rd Annual Firebirds Invitational Golf Tournament. The monies raised is key to the One Valley Foundation’s goal of leaving a lasting positive impact on our Valley. We were able to raise $139,000 at this two-day event, with every penny staying in our Valley to help this community’s local nonprofits.”
The Coachella Valley Firebirds, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Seattle Kraken, hosted their 3rd Annual CV Firebirds Pairings Dinner and Invitational Golf Tournament at The Classic Club, benefitting the One Valley Foundation, the Official Foundation of the Coachella Valley Firebirds. This year’s two-day event featured a full flight of 144 golfers, including tremendous support from the CV Firebirds coaching staff, and almost the complete roster of CV Firebird players. Added this year to the festivities was the Golf Tournament’s Pairing Dinner, with more than 200 guests in attendance, making this highly-anticipated fundraising event a huge success.

One Valley Foundation serves as the philanthropic arm of the CV Firebirds’ commitment to our community. About the Coachella Valley Firebirds
The Coachella Valley Firebirds are a professional Ice Hockey Team based in the Coachella Valley. They are members of the Pacific Division in the Western Conference of the American Hockey League. The Coachella Valley Firebirds are the 32nd Franchise to enter the American Hockey League (AHL), with a goal of developing players and personnel for the National Hockey League (NHL). The AHL Coachella Valley Firebirds are owned jointly by Oak View Group and the Seattle Kraken ownership group. The Firebirds are the affiliate of the Seattle Kraken.
