Everything and everyone have an energy signature, and that underlying energy is the basis for all that exists. However, this great vibrational force that sits at the seat of creation is mostly invisible. While we may not be able to calculate energy measurements with the naked eye, energy and vibrational output of objects and living beings can be measured with sensitive equipment. Vibrational emanations go undisputed for this reason.
Even if were unable to prove the existence of life force energy that flows from the auric field of a living being, our internal gauges tell us in an irrefutable way that we are impacted by the energetic emanations of others through various channels. We often feel sensations and emotions we cannot explain when we are around others. Sometimes we can feel a person’s eyes on us from across the room, or we can feel tension in the air when two people are at odds with one another in our presence. This can even impact emotions we are generating from within ourselves. We internalize these sensations and communications without intending to or realizing that we are doing it.
When you start paying attention to these energetic influences with heightened awareness and intention, you may find that you are able to “read” the energy that is emanating from another person before the influence integrates in your auric field. If you are able to read these kinds of vibrational emanations, you can choose in any moment to receive the influence, or to return it to the point of origin.
The energy emanations of others can fortify you or they can tear you down if you let them. When you take measures to discern the value and compatibility of energy emanations bound for your energy field, you can direct those vibrations to go to work for you or you can block their path and remain detached. When you feel sensations and emotions coming from outside of yourself that have an undercurrent of love or joy, and these emotions align with what you are aiming to experience, let those vibrational communications in. Allow them to fortify you and claim their influence. If you feel sensations and emotions with a fear base spiraling toward you, raise your shield with the intent to return those communications to sender. You have the power to discern which energetic influences honor you and which do not. When you exercise even a minimal degree of heightened awareness and intention, you can tap into this ability and actively alter the influences that affect your experiences.
