Waters Café at Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage has introduced an exciting new menu curated by Chef Juan Morales, blending signature favorites with bold new creations for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal, light bites, or something indulgent, the refreshed menu offers something for everyone, including vegetarian delights, gluten-free options, spicy dishes, and sustainable selections. Among the standout new additions are the Blueberry Pancakes, a deliciously fluffy way to start your morning, the Ribeye Steak Sandwich, packed with rich, savory flavors, the BBQ Chicken Salad, perfect for a fresh and satisfying meal, and the CV Date & Lavender Crepes, a uniquely indulgent dish that highlights the flavors of the Coachella Valley.
During my recent visit, I had the chance to sample several delicious dishes. I started with the Chicken & Veggie Egg Rolls and the Coconut Shrimp, both fantastic appetizer choices. The egg rolls were crispy and flavorful, filled with a perfectly seasoned mix of chicken and fresh vegetables, while the coconut shrimp had just the right balance of crunch and sweetness, served with a dipping sauce that complemented them beautifully. For my entrée, I tried the Grilled Shrimp Tacos, which were packed with fresh, vibrant flavors, and the Mongolian Beef, a tender and savory dish with just the right amount of spice and a rich, flavorful sauce. Every bite was a delight, making it clear that Waters Café’s new menu is a must-try.
Beyond the incredible food, Waters Café also features a full bar with TVs, making it a great spot to enjoy a handcrafted cocktail, a cold beer, or a glass of wine while catching a game. Whether you’re dining indoors in the café’s bright and welcoming atmosphere or soaking in the sunshine on the beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the pool, the setting enhances the experience.
Waters Café is open Sunday through Thursday from 6 AM to 10 PM and Friday through Saturday from 6 AM to 11 PM, with Happy Hour running Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 10 PM.
