Last week we let you know. We’re back. We’re better. We’re bolder, and Banning is about to get a whole lot louder. It’s all happening this Sunday, July 28th, 5pm bell-time inside the Banning Community Center. When the action begins, power slams, suplexes, and clotheslines will rock Southern California to its core.
EWF [Empire Wrestling Federation] is the number one family-friendly wrestling promotion in the state. This Sunday we will deliver yet another epic night packed with action, entertainment, and surprises that you cannot miss, and that you will not find anywhere else. Perhaps you are a fan of WWE, AEW, TNA or NWA wrestling on TV. However, there is nothing like the LIVE action of the EWF.
Jampacked by a roster populated by heroes and villains, EWF wrestling events tell epic stories of heroism, overcoming the odds, and creating memories for generations.
On Sunday July 28th at the Banning Community Center the EWF event will feature one of the Empire’s most imposing stars, and current American Champion, Flex McCallion. Flex will take on one of Southern California’s most complete technical wrestlers, and one-third of “The Pumpline”, CJ Tino. CJ has been steadily scaling the ranks across California for the past few years, yet one possession that has evaded him is currently sitting around the waist of his opponent. Flex McCallion, who has had a multitude of troubles as of late with former tag team partner, Richie Slade, will have to do everything in his strength to maintain focus if he is to thwart CJ’s attempt to take his title.
In another match, “The Big Guy” Rey Malvado, “the true king” of the Empire challenges the former EWF champion, and crowd favorite The Breeze. For The Breeze, this match is make or break it. Ever since losing his championship title in Banning in March, The Breeze has suffered a losing streak that doesn’t seem to be getting any better. Meanwhile, Rey Malvado’s stock has risen with each event. More focused and determined than ever, Rey will certainly give the former champion a run for his money. Will The Breeze be able to score the win? If he doesn’t, where will he go from here …
In addition to these matches and others, interviews, promos, and surprises will unfold during this historic night. Fans can enjoy food and beverages from the concessions stand. Merchandise will also be available including that of EWF superstars, as well as WWE and AEW memorabilia.
