Beat the Heat at PDAC!

Dive into an exciting evening of fun at the Palm Desert Aquatic Center for the annual Summer Dive-In Movie Series. The series continues on Friday, August 9 with a screening of “Emperor’s New Groove,” a breezy, slapstick-laden cartoon about a vengeful advisor to the emperor who turns his boss into a llama. The voice cast includes David Spade, John Goodman and Eartha Kitt. Directed by Mark Dindal. So bring family and friends that will enjoy a little scare, towels, blankets, and swimsuits for a fun-filled, interactive experience that create unforgettable family memories under the stars.

When: Friday, August 9, gates open at 7:30 p.m. and the movie begins at sundown.

Cost: Tickets are $8 per person, with no charge for children under 2 years old. Tickets can now be pre-purchased at the front desk window at PDAC, or at the time of event until sold out.

Select pool areas will be open, and slides and splash playground will be open. Snacks, refreshments and treats will be on sale. With limited seating poolside, guests are encouraged to bring towels for the grass areas. No outside chairs/furniture, food or beverages are allowed (except bottled water in plastic containers).
