Although the Palm Springs area hosts many signature Golf Tournaments during season, you will not want to miss the upcoming Patriots Store’s Inaugural Patriot Women Golf For America Golf Tournament, scheduled to take place on Monday,
February 10, 2025 at Palm Valley Country Club in Palm Desert!
Palm Valley Country Club, located at 39-205 Palm Valley Drive in Palm Desert, California, is a premier golf and lifestyle destination. Situated on lush tropical terrain just 10 miles from Palm Springs, Palm Valley Country Club redefines the premier golf experience. Hosted by The Patriot Store in Palm Desert, this inaugural event will feature a field of 144 players for a fun day of golf with old and new friends, all for a really worthwhile cause. “Taking place on the renowned Championship Course at Palm Valley Country Club, this tournament promises not only thrilling rounds of golf but also a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow golf lovers in a friendly and vibrant atmosphere,” said Joy Miedecke, President of the East Valley Republican Women Patriots. “Whether you are a seasoned player or a passionate spectator, this is an event you won’t want to miss. Tickets are selling fast, so don’t wait too long to secure your place on the green.”
All participants will check in at 10:00 am that morning, and will enjoy a continental breakfast, followed by a Shotgun Scramble at 11:30 am. An Awards Dinner will follow the tournament at 5:30 pm in the Palm Valley Country Club Clubhouse, and will feature a Silent Auction. Guests wishing to only attend the Awards Dinner can do so for $85 per person.
“It is my honor to chair this Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament, with all funds raised benefitting local Police, the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department, Armed Services Members, and our local community,” said Guido Portante, Event Chair. “We are halfway there to a sold out event, so I urge people who want to play in this tournament to sign up as soon as possible. The community’s participation in this fundraiser will have an immediate and profound impact on our community.”
Individual Players can participate for $275 per person, plus $75.00 to enter all tournament contests that day. Golf Foursomes are priced at $1,100, and all golfers participating will have a chance to win the $20,000 cash prize for the Hole In One contest, as well as, a chance to win a $500 gift certificate for dinner at the highly-acclaimed Castelli’s Ristorante in Palm Desert.
