On the first Monday of each month, Two Guys and A Jersey Girl take over ShareKitchen for a one-of-a-kind dining series aptly named “First Mondays”. These Farm-to-Fork dinners feature a different guest Chef monthly who prepares a special wine paired multi-course menu showcasing each Chef’s unique culinary talents.
On April 7th, we proudly present Chef Eric Pamperin of the Coachella Valley Rescue Mission (CVRM). Chef Eric is an accomplished Executive Chef who has worked at some of the finest restaurants on the West Coast. As a former Client of the Rescue Mission, Chef Eric has dedicated his life toward helping others who come through the CVRM doors.
The philanthropic trio of Two Guys and A Jersey Girl – Chef Eric Theiss, Larry Goldberg and Lauren Geller – started this monthly dining experience as their own special way of “paying it forward” to the community. All of the proceeds generated from “First Mondays” go toward building and maintaining a sustainable garden at CVRM which will be used to educate CVRM’s Clients and their families about nutrition and how to work with fresh fruits and vegetables as well as to support ShareKitchen’s programs.
Some past guest Chefs of this dinner series are Chef Andie Hubka of Cork & Fork, Chef Gregorio Calderin of Sirocco, Chef Michael Poompan of the Renaissance Long Beach, Chef Raul Garcia of Lavender Bistro and founding Chef Eric Theiss of the Renaissance Esmerelda.
