Americana stalwarts Rose’s Pawn Shop will perform at Pappy & Harriet’s Pioneertown Palace on Saturday, January 21. The L.A. natives have been plying their trade since 2006 honing a sound that weds honeyed harmonies, country fiddle and scorching electric guitars to a raw and raucous beat.
Frontman Paul Givant’s crackling songcraft is on full display on the quintet’s latest long-player, Punch-Drunk Life, which arrives on February 24th. Feted in the pages of Rolling Stone and GQ, they have released several well-received albums including The Arsonist, Dancing On The Gallows and Gravity Well.
Following their much-anticipated Pappy’s set, Rose’s Pawn Shop will be hitting the road, with a promise to hit more SoCal venues as well as far-flung spots like Alaskan fishing villages and the mountain towns of the American Southwest.
