Our health experts are notorious for telling us what to eat or not to eat.  Proclaiming add this ingredient, you must eat, and don’t forget to include.  In our fast paced society many of us are quick to zip through the first drive-thru we see.  Clearly this behavior is negating our health all to appease our schedules and please our taste buds.  Many believe eating healthy is time consuming and expensive.  Truth of the matter, you are correct.  However, unhealthy diets can lead to disease, costly medical bills and possibly death.

The time involved to shop, prepare, clean up with family, etc, you have vested time.  Tomorrow you do it all over again.  Vesting time in meal preparation at home is sanitary and healthier than visiting a fast food chain.  Possibly you have heard of the latest and greatest super foods of yesterday and today.  Health magazines, your friends, and family are always advocating how you could improve your diet.
