The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino maintains its reputation as one of the finest steakhouses in the Coachella Valley. I have dined at many of the local chain steakhouses and find them lacking in comparison. Consistent high-quality meats, seafood, appetizers, salads, and desserts make a difference. They treat the ingredients in a way to realize their highest potential. Add the always excellent service by waitstaff and bartenders, creates a recipe for success. My steaks have always arrived as ordered and are truly prime cuts.

Steaks are served with complimentary sauces such as Peppercorn, Wild mushroom, Bearnaise, and Hollandaise. You can further enhance your steak with a lobster tail, jumbo shrimp, seared diver scallops, King crab legs, a bleu cheese crust, or roasted bone marrow.

Other unique entrees include Filet “Oscar” style which is a filet mignon topped with King crab, asparagus, Bordelaise, and Bearnaise sauces. Prime 20 ounce Chateaubriand for two, Prime Rib, A-5 Wagyu New York Strip, Kurobuta Porkchop, Braised Osso Buco, and Colorado Lamb Chops.

The wine list has earned the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. The wine “cellar” is a separate enclosed space perfect for a small gathering.

A unique perk are the LED backlit menus. Nor reading glassed required.
