Lucie Arnaz and Laurence Luckinbill to Appear at CVRep’s February 25, 2015 Luminary Luncheon at the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences

The Coachella Valley Repertory Theatre has announced that stage, screen, and television performers Lucie Arnaz and Laurence Luckinbill will be the special guest artists at their February 25th Luminary Luncheon at 12:00 noon. In order to accommodate its growing patronage, this month’s Luminary Luncheon will be held at the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower Medical Center. See travel directions below.

You’re sure to enjoy a charming afternoon as these two show-biz veterans reveal, among other things, their chance meeting while both performing in Neil Simon plays in New York—she in They’re Playing Our Song and he in Chapter 2—in 1979. From that jumping-off point, you’ll learn about this dynamic duo’s captivating roles on stage and screen over the years, from Mr. Luckinbill’s powerful and mesmerizing solo performances in his self-penned works Teddy Tonight! and Lyndon to Ms. Arnaz’s first appearance in front of the camera on The Lucy Show and her recent appearance as Berthe in the U.S. national tour of the Tony Award–winning revival of Pippin.

This special luncheon, which is open to the public, is part of CVRep’s series of Luminary Luncheons and will be held on Wednesday, February 25th at the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences at Eisenhower Medical Center, 39000 Bob Hope Drive, Rancho Mirage. The luncheon, sponsored by Lulu California Bistro and Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa, begins at noon and will be followed by an Actors Studio–style interview, conducted by emcee and TV/Radio host Don Martin, with Ms. Arnaz and Mr. Luckinbill. Tickets are $45 (all inclusive), and reservations are required as seating is limited. For tickets call our box office at 760-296-2966 or visit our website at www.cvrep.org.
