Evangelist Jeremy Boudreaux, an affiliate of Jimmy Swaggart Ministries, will return to the Coachella Valley on Saturday, November 6 and Sunday, November 7 at 7 p.m. for Anchored 2 The Cross Ministries at 45-520 Clinton Street at the corner of De Oro in Indio. (760) 600-6438. They have Sunday Service at 2 p.m. and Tuesday night Bible Study at 7 p.m.

Jeremy Boudreaux is a dynamic preacher from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has served under the leadership of Jimmy Swaggart Ministries for 20 years, with 10 of those years being an Associate Pastor of Crossfire Youth Ministries.

“My mom had me when she was 16 years old,” said Jeremy Boudreaux, “My grandparents basically raised me. I was born in 1980 and my grandfather passed away when I was 6 years old. My grandmother was saved as a child and listening to Brother Swaggart’s music comforted her as she drew closer the Lord. She was filled with the Holy Spirit in 1986.”

Being around such wonderful Spirit-Filled music definitely planted a seed in his heart. However, like many young teenagers, he was heading down the road of abuse with drugs and alcohol. He is the oldest of 5 children and has 4 younger sisters.

“I was saved in 1999 and immediately I knew I had to be part of this Ministry. The Spirit was driving me to be here. Now of course, from 1999 to 2001, there was a struggle living the Christian life because I didn’t understand the Message of the Cross and I didn’t know how to live for God. I was in and out; in the Church and then out in the world until I finally got the Message of the Cross. As a young Christian, I can’t explain the demonic attacks against me. If I tried to put it into words, people would think I was crazy.”

He met his wife Rachel at Family Worship Center and they have been married for 17 years and they both work at JSM. He has ministered throughout the United States, South America, Central America, Mexico and Canada and continues to travel throughout the country to proclaim Jesus Christ and Him Crucified to a lost and hurting world.

“There is no hope in drugs and alcohol but once you’re on drugs and alcohol, there’s no hope within self to set one free, but there is hope in Christ Jesus, and He can make you free.”
